Italian women are among the most enterprising in Europe, but our country is amongst the last places in the EU for female employment and the conditions to reconcile work and family. A perfect example of women in work was taken at the 240th edition of the Confartigianato Women’s Business Convention the 23rd and 24th of September where 150 entrepreneurs from all over Italy gathered in Rome. On this occasion, through Daniela Rader, President of the Movement, ask for structural policies enabling women to do business together and to be able to be mothers, wives and daughters. A solicitation to which politics has responded by sharing the commitment to support talent and the efforts of businesswomen and to improve the conditions for reconciling the commitments in company and family care.
